Sunday, September 24th, 2017

Members of the Minnesota Twins say they are “100% focused” on bringing the first World Series championship to their organization.

“It’s all you think about and all you play for,” said reliever Chance Ruffin. “That’s what would mean the most.”

The Twins have accomplished an important first step, today clinching the American League Central, with a 94-61 record, for the 1st time.

The Twins will have home-field advantage in the ALDS round over the winner of the American League East.  The Twins are 4-3 on the year against both the Blue Jays and Orioles.
