The League Office has a series of announcements to make at this time.
- Hiring Freeze of Personnel
- Beginning on September 1, the League Office will be implementing a hiring freeze on all personnel that includes all levels of play. You may extend your own personnel, but may not hire any free-agent personnel (Scouts, Trainers, Assistant GM’s, Coaches) until instructed. At this point in time, the League Office would advise against firing personnel until your season is completed.

- Roll Call
- This will likely begin during the first week or September. Please start giving some thought to your status for 2025 both with the league and your current team.
- Additionally, if there are any ideas you want considered for rule changes, please submit them to the league office prior to the Roll Call. Submissions can be made now.
- Qualifying Offer
- The 2024-2025 Qualifying Offer salary amount will be $$18,800,000, the average (rounded down to nearest hundred thousand) of the top 125 salaries in MLB Pro.
