Financial & Free-Agency Update

First off, Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in MLB Pro.

Arbitration was run the other night. We have long separated our arbitration hearings & free-agency filing in-game dates because we tend to run them around Thanksgiving. Unfortunately at least this season, that has caused hiccups with the in-game financial system. I recommend all teams ignore their current money available number, their future salary page, and I would advise against looking into any extensions or trades until after we hit our in-game free-agency filing date which will put us back on track financially in-game.

I have moved the in-game filing date up to in-game on Sunday, November 26. This means the sim on Saturday night will push us into free-agency. THAT BEING SAID, THE FIRST DAY YOU CAN SUBMIT OFFERS FOR BOTH FREE-AGENTS AND ANY EXTENSIONS WITHIN YOUR ORGANIZATION WILL BE FOLLOWING THE SIM ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 27TH!!! The same will be for MLB Pro personnel of all kinds beyond just scouting directors, that too will open up on FOLLOWING THE SIM ON THE 27TH.

ANY FREE-AGENT BIDS PLACED BEFORE TUESDAY WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REMOVE, LIKELY NOT ALLOWING YOU TO NEGOTIATE AGAIN WITH THE PLAYER IN THE FUTURE.

Additional contractual note: I have lowered the maximum years of an extension from 12 back to our standard 10.
